This Privacy Policy explains how The Leaf of Every Style (“LES”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your information when you visit theleafofeverystyle.com (the “Site”) or shop with us. LES is an online-only store based in Virginia, USA.

• Accounts: if you create an account, your name, email address and password, plus your order history and saved addresses.
• Contact form: your name, email address and the message you send us.
• Launch list: your email address, if you ask us to tell you when our shop opens.
• Reviews: anything you choose to write in a product review, along with the name you give.

Payment information

Payments are processed by our payment providers. Your full card number is entered on and handled by the payment provider, and we don’t store it on our Site.

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. We keep account information until you ask us to delete your account, contact messages for as long as needed to help you, and launch list emails until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails. LES sells clothing in women’s and girls’ styles, but our Site is intended to be used by adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Purchases must be made by an adult or with a parent’s or guardian’s involvement. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.
