Shipping

• Where we ship: we currently ship to addresses in the United States.
• Processing time: orders are usually packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
• Shipping cost: every order ships for a flat $9.99, shown at checkout.
• Tracking: when your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number.
• Delivery: most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren’t guaranteed.

Returns

• You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry, and any item marked final sale, can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
• Makeup and beauty products can be returned only if they’re unopened and unused, with any seal or packaging intact. Opened or used makeup can’t be returned unless it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
• To start a return, send us a message through our contact page with your order number. We’ll reply with return instructions.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wasn’t what you ordered.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to let you know whether it’s approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges aren’t refundable.

Need a different size? The fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size you need. Our size guide can help you pick.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
